Maija Tweeddale BCA, BA, DipNT, mNTOI

Maija Tweeddale BCA, BA, DipNT, mNTOI

Maija is a family-focused nutritional therapist and health coach, mum of three and joyful life enthusiast. Formerly a corporate ‘success story’, workaholic and IBS, anxiety and burn-out sufferer she understands the pivotal role nutrition and lifestyle choices play in wellbeing. By working with the family dynamic she helps clients make the nutrition and lifestyle changes they need to fire on all cylinders again to be confident of a strong, clear-thinking and active future; to get back to consistent good energy and positive mood; to deal with expanding waistlines and flagging hormones; to be confident that they know how to nourish themselves to be happy, healthy and resilient and to help their kids to do the same.

Maija runs a private clinic for individual clients and supports community and corporate wellbeing programmes through group workshops, pop-up clinics and themed events.

As a Director of the NTOI Maija seeks to promote the value of nutritional therapy practitioners to change lives; reducing pressure on healthcare services by supporting lifetime wellbeing for all.
