What will happen during a consultation?

As part of the consultation process, your Nutritional Therapist will go through your medical history and assess current health status. Your personal health concerns, needs and goals will be discussed and a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan will be devised on this basis

How often will I see my Nutritional Therapist?

This very much depends on the health concern in question. At the very least, an initial consultation and one follow up consultation will be required, but each case is individual

How much does a session usually cost?

Appointment costs can vary from Nutritional Therapist to Nutritional Therapist, but are usually in the region of €75 to €150
