It is so simple, there are 3 basic ingredients and then you can add in whatever you like!

Ingredients:

125g cocoa butter

125g raw cocoa powder

80g coconut palm sugar (milled in coffee bean grinder) You can also use raw honey/ maple syrup / agave syrup

Method for basic choccy:

1) Melt cocoa butter in a bowl over a pot of boiling water

2) Stir in cocoa powder and milled sugar

Additional Fillers! This is where you personalise your chocolates and add in your favourite ingredients.

I added in 5 crushed oat cakes, 2 tablesps of toasted pumpkin seeds, 2 tablesps goji berries, 2 tablesps desiccated coconut.

Spoon mixture into moulds or fairy cake cases and sprinkle with a garnish, I used bee pollen for its wonderful golden colour! (and wonderful superfood qualities also!)

Lastly pop in the fridge for as long as you can bare, try forget about them for at least 45 mins to set!
