Healthy wrap idea from gluten free, wheat free, dairy free ingredients. Very tasty and easy to prepare.
- Gluten free wraps (like BFree Wholegrain Wraps)
- Humus (recipe here)
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Roasted peppers
- Pea shoots
- Heat the wraps in the oven
- Place humus, chopped sundries tomatoes and pea shoots on the top of it
- Roll it together and voila!
