Linn will discuss Intuitive Eating, triggers of disordered eating and eating disorders themselves. Learn how to support clients who struggle with restriction, emotional eating and binge eating to become more attuned competent eaters.
About Linn:
Linn Thorstensson is a registered Nutritional Therapist, based in Co.Cork, Her own personal experience has informed her therapeutic work and she works from a non-diet, weight inclusive perspective. Linn works with clients from all over the world using an online platform. She is passionate about helping people make peace with food and to (re) learn how to nourish themselves in ways that are kind and caring, rather than restrictive and punishing.
