Dr Nigel Abraham is Scientific & Laboratory Director at Omega Laboratories, and will look at research showing the impact of exercise on the gut as well as on the impact of food-IgG antibodies  on intestinal permeability, inflammatory processes and weight fluctuations.

Ed Tooley is a UK-based Sports Nutritionist who has worked with Connacht Rugby, a host of Premiership football teams, the international rugby teams of Wales and Scotland, the England Rugby League team and a host of Olympic athletes, martial artists and fighters. He will go through some examples of how he has practically dealt with the issues of implementing an Elimination Diets while juggling with the specialised dietary requirements of elite athletes.
