Attila Fodi is a Hungarian Mycologist, specialising in medicinal mushrooms. He is a member of the British and Hungarian Mycological Societies and author/co-author of two mycotherapy related books, booklets and articles. Now he is working as Head of Mycotherapy Education at Hifas da Terra UK and Ireland.
Laura Baker has worked in the health industry – both trade and retail for 15 years, during which she went back to college to feed her desire for more knowledge. She is currently running her own Nutritional Therapy practice in Dublin, and is the senior clinical trainer with Hifas da Terra.

Modern science has discovered many health-promoting qualities of mushrooms, including lipid-lowering, immunomodulatory, anti-tumour, anti-oxidant, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-parasitic, hepatoprotective, anti-diabetic and more.
In this seminar we are going to discuss the Medicinal Mushrooms used by Hifas da Terra, understanding about the traditional and evidence-based uses and benefits of which supports the broad clinical application of their ingredients in a great number of pathologies.
