Dr Nigel Abraham will present the supporting scientific evidence. Additionally, he will present a recent publication which highlights how an IgG guided food sensitivity test approach is more effective than the Fodmap approach.
The laboratory team will also highlight the new microarray test technology. They will explain how the 3-dimensional surface readings which this new technology measures, is far more sensitive compared to the 2-dimensional surface readings taken in standard ELISA testing.
They will also advise on how best to interpret these test readings when used to help guide the dietary changes when following an exclusion diet.
