Would you like to work with clients with disordered eating – binge eating, emotional eating, or ‘serial dieting / restricting’?

Would you like to support clients working with a Psychotherapist in a successful programme to help these clients to find true freedom around food?

Eating Freely is an 8-12 week combined psychotherapy and nutritional therapy program supporting women and men who binge eat, and/or identify as a ‘Serial Dieter’, in and out of diet programs for years, with no success. The problem is not their weight, it is their MINDSET.

What We Will Cover:

  • Typical client presentations
  • The importance of ‘Not Dieting’ – no calorie restriction!
  • Common Food phobias and Barriers in clients
  • Typical protocols: Gut rehabilitation Hormonal and mental health
  • Co-Morbid Health Issues
  • Sleep issues
  • Relevant tests and supplements
  • Understanding Common Medications clients might be taking
  • How to support clients without restricting / eliminating foods
  • Case studies


Certified Nutritional Therapists can accept referrals for both online and in person clients who are working through the Eating Freely Program.

Referral Partners receive fair fees, prompt payment and ongoing support.
