Double Chocolate Cashew Cream is gluten free, wheat free, dairy free, free from processed sugar, suitable for Vegan, Paleo, Raw diet. Totally guilt free, healthy and nutritious.


  • 200 gr cashew nuts
  • 200 ml coconut milk, fun fat
  • 2 heaped Tbs cacao powder, raw or dark
  • 1/3 cup dates


  1. Soak the cashew nuts in coconut milk for 2 hours
  2. Soak the dates in small amount of water for 3-5 hours
  3. Place cashew nuts together with the coconut milk in a blending container, add dates (without the soaking water, you can use it as a sweetener for other stuff) and taco powder
  4. Blend all until smooth
  5. Spoon out the mixture to a small bowls and place in a fridge for 10 minutes
  6. Decorate with seasonal fruits to add more colours to the dessert
