Coriander and cashew nuts pesto it’s a super tasty and very nutritious pesto variation. It is high in dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals like calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium.


  • 100 gram Coriander
  • 100 gram Cashew Nuts
  • 100 gram Parmigiano Reggiano (raw parmesan cheese)
  • 75 gram Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • Back Pepper
  • Himalayan Salt
  • Wild Garlic (or garlic clove)


  1. Wash coriander
  2. Grate Parmigiano Reggiano
  3. Place all in a blender and blend until smooth
