Delicious and healthy chocolate treat, very easy to prepare. This recipe is not only extremely nutritious but also dairy free, gluten free, free from processed sugar, suitable for Vegan, Raw, Paleo diet.
Ingredients:

- 200 gr Creamed Coconut (also called coconut butter)
- 150 ml Coconut Milk, full fat
- 1/3 cup Dates, fresh or dried
- 2 heaped Tbs Raw Cacao Powder
Preparation:
- Soak dates overnight, drain (the soaking water and date juice will create a date syrup you can us as a natural tasty sweetener)
- Roughly chop creamed coconut and place in the blending container
- Add dates, coconut milk, caco powder and blend until smooth consistency
- Alternatively you can add a pinch of salt, vanilla extract or essential oil to add flavour, but its super yummy without it as well
- Spoon out the mixture to glass/plastic container, preferable a square one to allow you to cut out square portions when its ready
- Place the container into fridge for 30 min or freezer for 10 min if you need it quick
- When the dessert has firm consistency you can take it out and divide into portions
- To make it look a bit more fancy you can make a small wholes in each square and fill it in using confectionary sleeve with raspberry/strawberry/date mousse, like you can see at my photo
