Chia & Berries Jam is a great jam alternative, which is far more nutritious than a traditional jam. It is super easy to prepare, free from processed sugar and preservatives, also raw, paleo and vegan.


  • 200 gram Berries (like blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, gooseberries, strawberries…)
  • 50 gram Chia Seeds
  • 1 thumb Ginger Root (optional)
  • 2 tsp Raw Honey (optional)


  1. Wash your berries
  2. Peel ginger if you are using it
  3. Place all ingredients in a blending container and blend until smooth
